Three in One ElectroSpinning Machine

TL-Trinity Three in one ElectroSpinning machine combines Melt Direct Writing, Near Field ElectroSpinning, and High voltage electroSpinning functions. It can be used as Melt Direct Writing Machine, Near Field ElectroSpinning Machine, and High Voltage ElectroSpinning Machine. Both Nanofiber film and well-ordered single micro-fiber can be made by this machine.

For polymer melts, Up to 400℃；ø10-45μm single well-ordered fibers can be made. 

For polymer solutions, ø1-45μm single fiber can be made as straight line and curve single fiber. 

For polymer solutions, nanofiber sheet with uniform thickness can be made by various spinnerets and collectors.
